August Glam Bag

As I am sitting here trying to take a break from homework, I realize that I have not posted about ipsy in a long time.

Since I still have my subscription to the monthly glambag and I just recieved my GlamBag, I figured it is about time to make a post...except this time with product reviews!

 Ta Da! The bag and items for this month. The theme was "back to school."

 I have always wanted to try a BB cream and I was very excited when I found it in my bag. The cream has a light scent to it and goes on very smoothly. The downside is that it is not matte; it has some sparkle to it. I already have oily skin, so wearing a cream that adds extra shininess to my skin is not something I want. For me, it's a good thing that this came in sample size.

 Love this lip balm! The scent is heavenly and it goes on super smoothly.

 I haven't tried this product yet, so the most I can say is that I like how it smells. I am very sensitive to scents and can't deal with anything strong. Most scrubs and lotions smell too strong for me, but this one is just right.

 All mascara is pretty much the same to me. I do like the cute design of the container. Plus, it's also very compact and can fit into any purse or clutch.

I have never used an eyebrow pencil before, so I was very excited to finally try it. The verdict is: I am not a fan. The pencil rubs off easily. When you lightly swipe your finger over your brow, what you filled in with the pencil comes off. I will most likely end up using this pencil on top of my eyeliner to soften/smudge the eyeliner a bit.

This bag had some goodies and some busts. However, I'm glad I got it, because I got to try some items that I have been wanting to try but at a much lower cost to me.
